SERE School

I do not want to get crucified for asking this question, I did however search on the sight for a related thread but came up with nothing.

I know that SERE school is a requirement while going through SFQC. I was wondering if you gentlemen can give me/us some insight on your experience, thoughts and advice about the school. I have already done a lot of research on the school and have read stories from people that have attended them on the internet. However, I would like to hear it first hand from the Green Berets themselves. If you gentlemen can talk a bit more in depth about the Resistance portion of the school, i.e. Isolation, Physical abuse, mental abuse, Simulated drowning, would be greatly appreciated.
