i read this book from Richard F. Miller. I don't think people should read this book if you are interested in war. It's a lot of talk about nothing. He talks to people aboard a aircraft carrier on route to take part in operation Iraqi Freedom. I like to read about actions in conflicts and this is not a book about military operations. The writer talks to everybody on board this ship but nothing is about the war itself. It's about expactations about the coming conflict. Nothing is said about things after the war has started. That would be rmore interesting for me to know about.

Some friendly advice (the last you will most likely have for a while): read the stickies and follow the directions.

Ozzieozz have you ever served on board a carrier? Do you know anything about carrier operations? You sound shocked that the mighty Iraqi navy didn't come out and play.
