I was checking through the threads here and didn't find anything on this subject.
I'm looking for a good bombproof case to care my spare eyeglasses in. I'm like Teddy Roosevelt and always have spares, but I do want to make sure that if I break the ones I'm wearing, my spares aren't broken, either.
Thanks for the help.

Uh, have your ever seen Papillon? :D
Pat, out!
I have a small Pelican to keep my glasses in. They have some little ones for iPods etc. Waterproof/Dust Proof if you keep it closed and keeps them from getting crushed in you bag.
I have the Pelican 1030 and the i1030
Interior Dimensions:
6.37" x 2.62" x 2.06" (16.2 x 6.7 x 5.2 cm)
Water Resistant but not for submerging.
Just right for the job.

No. Louis Dega kept a spare pair folded up in a discreetly hidden cigar tube. :D

It's been a while since I've seen that movie. Ouch! NOW I remember!!
I keep glasses/eye-pro wrapped up in a kercheif and stuffed into a cardboard smoke grenade case. I've got a waterproof case designed to hold sunglasses, but it's a tight fit for shield-style eye-pro (M-frame, ICE, etc.).

If you can do that with the Pelican cases, you probably have a career in the freak show ahead of you.

Note to self: Do not read any postings on this forum while drinking. I sprayed soda all over the place!
Had a rough day at the squadron, so the laugh was needed. Thanks!!!
Just saw a new Hard Case that can clip on your vest.
Looks good and might be a option ou might want.

Thanks for the heads up! I missed those. I'll have to take a closer look at that one.
