Yahoo! Slurp Spider?

I noticed while looking at who was online earlier that there are several Yahoo! Slurp Spider "users". Knowing that Slurp Spider is the Google-bot alternative for Yahoo!, I am curious as to what so many "Spiders" are doing on PS.com? Are they simply logging recent activity for future Yahoo! searches?
