My son is being treated by an attractive young Filipino resident. Can anyone give him something to say to her in Tagalog? He is six, so let's keep it clean please. ;)

Perhaps "thank you for making me feel better" or something like that?

RL,

He might want to try:

"Maraming salamat po" - (Mah-rah-ming sah-La-mat poe) - Thank you very much, ma'am

"Ako damahin lalong mabuti" - (Ah-ko dah-mah-hin Lah-long mah-boo-tee) - I feel better

But generally, English (2nd official language) is taught to most Filipinos. Filipino (Pilipino) is the official language, but depending where the nurse comes from, she may speak another dialect. But a smile, and a heart felt thank you are universal in most cultures.

Thanks, guys. She speaks perfect English, but I thought this might be cute.

BTW, she's a doctor, not a nurse. :)
