Thanks for starting this project. I'm honored you asked me.
As requested, here are the specs of the folding knife model called the "Kiger" after the Kiger Gorge in the Steens Mountains.

Blade-CPM S-30V steel.
3 'n' 1/2 inch length open by .138" (thousandths) thick.
Master bevel concave grind on 10 inch diameter wheel to .030" thick at edge before sharpening.
Non glare fine sandblast finish.
Closed length 4.5 inches.

Handle frame, .070" thick 6AL4V titanium
Handle scales, fine weave carbon fiber, .080" thick.
all other fasteners type 303 stainless steel.

pocket clip same titanium as frame, hot formed to shape.

Very nice work, a collectors item indeed. If the time invested is worth it to you, any fee would be appropriate to ask for one of them...if you are willing to continue the Kigers that is. I would certainly commission one.
