Graduated this past friday class 04-07. I looked at AR 670-1 and could not find any information as to how it is placed on the pocket flap. Does anyone know if it is dead centered or the standard 1/8th of an inch like all the other awards that are worn on the pocket flap (shooting badges etc.)

It's worn like other special skill badges within the authorized groupings
see page 293-299 AR 670-1 dtd 3 Feb 2005. It's a group 4 badge.
