The Advisor is a weekly pub put out by the Multi-National Security Transitional Command Iraq (MNSTCI)..If folks are interested I'll begin putting them up weekly as I receive them. It's an Unclass mag and I believe anyone can subscribe. Subscription info is in the left column on the 1st page.
