I looked in the deactivated forum but most of the posts are old. I served with the 8th SFG in 1964 and 1965. I am looking for any persons who might have served in that time period. I just transferred my SFA membership from at large to Chapter 78 in SoCal. I had remained an at large member because I am now handicapped, mostly wheelchair and the Chapter is about 70 miles away. The Chapter President reached out to me via a letter inviting me to attend a meeting and I am going in Jan. because I want to get involved and oddly enough they sent me an email and there is a member of Chapter 78 who served with me--small world!!
