I wasn’t there, therefore I will not pass judgment, who knows what, when, or why that was going on… but WTF is it doing on video, and who WASN’T thinking when they did it with a video crew there???
First impression, it looks staged. From the various camera angles, it was edited. Can not tell if there was more than one camera.

That's at least a couple of years old. Not very bright shooting at the vehicle with the tank as a backstop IMO.

Just perhaps there were one or two other options they could have done besides destroying the car?
