Ok, the lovely Mrs. wants to send over real home made jerky to the boy over in the box.
I now have a dehydrating machine in my house that makes the original IBM computer look small and unassuming by comparison.
Anyone have any good recipes for dehydrating beef jerky??
And please, remember who will be testing all the product
(PS to Mr Harsey - Bill, there are no wild elk in this part of the country, and the two at our zoo are already spoken for....sorta)
