I am convinced that the rest of the world has lost it's mind. How exactly can Germany claim the right to try Rumsfeld on war crimes that occurred in another country and to non-German citizens?

What a total joke. Too bad we didn't pass a law giving us jurisdicition over any crime that happens anywhere at any time regardless of who the "victims" are.

I hope the President sends the Germans a heart felt message telling them where to stick their trial. I would also revoke Karpinski's passport and recall her to active duty if she wants to play that game.

What a bunch of BS. Leave the guy alone he's taken enough heat already, and he stepped down. He is one of the longest civil servants in history, the oldest and the youngest to ever serve as SECDEF and served at least 2 presidents.

Since when do terrorists have rights?? and why Germany are they the only fools take take on the case from the former/current terrorists.
