In the NY Times today they have a photo essay taken from several memorial services of fallen soldiers from this past week. One of the services was for CWO Scott Dyer and it shows probably the single most painful moment of his wife and daughters lives.
To intrude at this very personal and private moment is bad enough, but to do so with a clear political agenda a week before the elections is insulting. I didn't know Scott or any of his family but I wouldn't appreciate it if it were my family.
