I hate to sell this but my business has to come first...
This is a Chandler Sniper rifle.. rifle #247. The rifle is for a left handed shooter in .223.
It has 17 rounds thru it total. It is bedded in a McMillan A3 stock in desert camo.. all metal is done in Birdsong Black-T. Its a 20" fluted bbl, and has a Leupold 3.5 x 10 x 40 M1 scope.
To get one new your going to wait 18 months min and pay up to $5500.... you can have a basically new rifle for $3500 just the way it comes from IBA.
