Reported in the news this evening (30 August 2006) that Mt. Hood, in Oregon, got some snow today, freezing level is 7000 ft. above sea level, the hill is 11,236 at the top.
Temps down in the 40's around the knife shop this morning.
Fall is coming.

Yowsa! Well, Mr. Harsey, you best warm yourself with a nice adult beverage. Far away from the shop of course.

Jack,
How do you folks host the "fall leaf tours" and hunters at the same time? That's impressive.
Please be careful how you dress when outdoors, someone might mistake you for a world class black bear.
Ms. Gypsy, temps are just getting down to normal and thanks for the safety tip, I don't mix firewater and shop.

Jack,

Pretty much the same way a good CSM handles a VIP tour. The VIPs never leave the defined track and see and touch all the pretty things while the troops(hunters) are off doing more important mission essential things out of sight and unimpeded by folks with set agendas.:D

They are here as well, I love the fall-ish weather. I know, Mr. H, forgot my smilie face. :D I'm a little "heads in the clouds" today, going with a girlfriend to see a family friend up in MI this weekend...and will be attending my first logging contest!
I think Mr. Harsey may have a wee touch of the Salmonitis. ;)

Poor Bill, at least there's a cure. I may have to come out to aid him in his time of affliction......

I'm not sure which addict is helping who in this case. Well, like I always say ... if you cant get over it, get on with it! :D
If I'm not careful NDD is going to come in here and tell me to get back in the kitchen!

TS-
If you go help Bill get over his fish affliction, the least you could do is buy a shiny sharp pointy toy from him too. Maybe not shiny, he's got a few that aren't, I'm sure.

And it was 90 degrees F here (western Oregon) yesterday, supposed to be 95 today with mornings in the forties.

It's Fall here. No triple 100+ degree heat, college kids are back and football season is here to ruin traffic on Saturdays. I kinda miss Summer already.
