Haven't had one of these for a while. So who are we now?

I can't quite make out the words on the side of the bus, but it looks like Polish to me. So, GROM?

We have lots of toys, and because Tuukka lives too close to Santa Claus, he's not allowed to play before others get a chance.

I'm going to hazarad a guess and say they are Bijzonddere Bijstands Eenheid (BBE) from the Netherlands. A Dutch counterterrorism unit made up of volunteers from the Royal Dutch Marines.

16th anniversary of GROM.

I ruled out Tuukka because I figured he'd have already seen it or recognized the camo, but jatx got it too quick. I should have scrubbed for language.

Maybe I need to increase the degree of difficulty, though who knows what is difficult and what is easy given the breadth and depth of experience on this forum.

I would guess a Latin American airborne or Spec Ops unit.

Ecuador, perhaps?

Sri Lanka's (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sri_Lanka#Military_of_Sri_Lanka) Army Commandos

Edit: I didn't google the answer. The guys looked South Asian/Subcontinental, tropical environment, and not enough beards or facial hair (Not Bangladesh, Pakistan, or India) and with the recent activity in Sri Lanka, I remember seeing their pictures with the red beret specifically. I linked to wikipedia to show another picture of them.

Maybe I need to try harder.

We'll see where this goes on the range of difficulty.

That was more difficult!

They are Paskhas, a/k/a Indonesian Air Force Special Forces Corps Paskhas. They currently number about 3,000 and are primarily tasked with airfield seizure and defense.

One hour is "more difficult"? :lifter

OK, one more ...

Gee, maybe these are too easy. That puts a smile on my face. :D

A big smile on his face if you can get them next:

AL-
US uniforms. US dress insignia. 82nd berets. Unknown flash. Crossed arrows (officer) on enlisted BDUs. US jump wings on one guy + a set of foreign jump wings. US LBE ca late 80's early 90s. SSG has a Waterman and a Mont Blanc in his pocket, also wearing Gargoyles. All have facial features consistent with South American Indig + Southern European heritage.

My best guess is a group from SOTB at the SOTA?

They aren't US jump wings; they're just patterned after US jump wings. The wings below the jump wings are rigger wings, also patterned after the US. The crossed arrows are also a nod to the close relationship between his country's military and US Army Special Forces.

The arrows aren't the only thing they've "borrowed" based on their affinity with SF. Another unit from the same country:

This one has had me stumped for a week.

My best guess is they are from El Salvador.
