I'm glad to see Mr. Snow is being proactive and taking the offensive. However, it's total BS that he has too. What is going on with the media? Who are these folks who can be total intellectually dishonest and live with themselves?
Lets hope the Bush admistration starts a media offensive led by Snow. For some reason the administration has allowed the libs to print and air inaccurate and misleading if not out right lies regarding everything from economic news to the GWOT. I hope he is allowed to perform up to his capability.

I used to love his radio show. Every time Harry Reed made a statement, Snow would play a soundbite from Droopy Dog. WAY to funny.

Now if someone could only convince the President to replace Rove with someone who isn't politcally tone deaf he would really be on to someone. This President might have the worst set of advisors in quite some time. Every single issue that has bitten this President in the arse has been the direct result of advisors telling the President to ignore or downplay the issue and it will go away. It never does go away and it is much better to frame the arguement than to allow your opposition to do so.

Do you think Snow brought on the President's quick response to today's latest "scandal" about the NSA analysing patterns in telephone calls? If so, it's good to see the President actively making use of a new advice.

I do. One thing Snow was very critical of the administation about was that he thought the President shouldn't let things build to a head so much; that they should be out there putting all of the speculation to rest as soon as something pops up. He used to say some things about McClellan which weren't terribly nice in this regard. I hope Snow can put his money where his mouth is in this regard, as I agreed with his conclusion.

He seemed to be in control yesterday and not overwhelmed by the information overload required of that position. Should be interesting as I always enjoyed his commentary.
