I know... I am definitely not known for wordiness. Everything I do is short and sweet. :)
I came across this while going through some older emails and thought I would share with all. The following is a list of works and the associated number of words contained within them:
Pythagorean theorem: 24 words.
The Lord's prayer: 66 words.
Archimedes' Principle: 67 words.
The 10 Commandments: 179 words.
The Gettysburg address: 286 words.
The Declaration of Independence: 1,300 words.
The US Government regulations on the sale of cabbage: 26,911 words
It is just some quick stats to add a little perspective to important things versus wordiness. :)
