I plan on having a couple of those with my boiled potatoes, corned beef & cabbage along with soda bread tonight. Followed perhaps by a Jameson or two!

Of course for those of us who are Irish Catholic many of the Diocese across the US have removed the Lenten meat restriction for today.

I did all my celebrating at "Irish Kevin's" on Duvall Street couple weeks ago in KW.
Was a good time.
